Commentary on the Toponym:	Kommentar (Talbert): Seemingly, the copyist realized too late that the name should have only one "p". He then attempted to remove the first of the two, almost erasing the preceding "i" as he did so. All this can only have occurred after the entire name and its distance figure had been written, because there is no attempt to close up the gap created by removal of the first "p".
