Das Fl. ist seltsam an den Wasserlauf des Flusses angepasst, könnte es sich hier um ein nachträglich eingetragenes Flusstoponym handeln und nicht um eine Brücke über den Savo? Talbert sagt, ein Toponym soll beides anzeigen.

This is a possible instance where a road station name may also be intended to indicate the name of the river (#57) associated with it that is not otherwise named. Space is tight (note "Fl." placed along the river course), and the river a short one. Compare MARTA (4B1) and Silarvm fl. (5B5).
