Im It Abzweigung (Eliberre 15, Strecke 30) nach Lugdunum 50 mp (Strecke 14). 16. Datierung (Barrington): Lactora – Hellenistic/Roman/Late Antique (Villes 99-106; CAG 32.157) § Lactorates DNP: Lactora Vorort einer civitas in Aquitania, h. Lectoure (Département Gers), südl. von Aginnum (h. Agen). Weitere Namensbelege: Lacturatis, Notae Tironianae 87,77; Lactura, Itin. Anton. 462,5; Lactora, Tab. Peut. 2,2; Lacura, Geogr. Zeugnis ist eine Ehreninschr. von 105 n.Chr., die einen procurat(or) provinciarum Lugduniensis et Aquitanicae item Lactorae nennt (CIL V 875 = ILS 1374). 22 Altäre belegen für das 2. und 3. Jh.n.Chr. ein taurobolium (CIL XIII 504-525). Um 300 n.Chr. wurde die Oberstadt unter Verwendung älterer Steindenkmäler erneut befestigt. Seit spätestens 506 n.Chr. war L. Sitz eines Bischofs. Arch.: Späteisenzeitliches oppidum über dem Tal des Gers, zahlreiche Opferschächte. In der Kaiserzeit Unterstadt in der Flußebene Pradoulin, zerstört im späten 3. Jh.n.Chr., neubesiedelt im 4. Jh.
