If the tiny slash below the "e" is deliberate, rather than accidental (compare the ink dot below the "M" of Medianis three stretches ahead), then it may be more appropriate to read "Opi(a)e" with Miller. Note, by contrast, that Miller (450) ignores the unquestionably slashed final "e" of Cvcvlle in 3A4.

Opiae (So richtig Ma, Dj - das e ist geschwänzt; Opie (rel.)); j. Oberdorf bei Bopfingen (nach Hertlein s. Festschrift der K. Altertümersammlung, Stuttgart 1912); n.a. Bopfingen. Der nahe Ipf war, wie nachgewiesen, ein keltischer Befestigungsort oder eine keltische Stadt.
