Commentary on the Toponym:	Kommentar (Talbert): For this stretch as an inattentive copyists mistaken addition, see note for the Gerainas-Vapincvm stretch. Miller, Itineraria, Sp. 136: 14. Die Zahl weist richtig auf Vapincum hin, während der Verbindungsstrich nach Brigantione führt. Es ist zu bemerken, dass in der Photographie des Originals deutliche Korrekturen und eine Unsicherheit der Strichführung erkennbar sind. Was aber auf der Vorlage hier noch gestanden haben mag, darüber lässt sich nichts sagen. MR: Vermutlich kommt Brigantio zweimal auf der TP vor. Hier ohne Ortsname und [3279] mit Toponym. Vermutlich ist im Kopiervorgang die Straßenkreuzung irrtümlich auf den auf die Passhöhe [3270] "In Alpe Cottia" gerutscht.
