Commentary on the Toponym:	Miller, Itineraria, Sp. 136: Geminas, Gemina (Ra); dem Monte Seleuci (It, Hi) etwa entsprechend, aber nicht identisch; –; Mont Saleon liegt weiter südlich und scheint einen Umweg (bessere Straße) zu bedeuten, während Geminas den kürzeren Weg angibt; j. bei St. Pierre d´Argenton (Bahnstation). Bei Aspromonte im Tal des le Buoch kommen 2 Flüsschen zusammen. Datierung (Barrington): Geminae - Roman?/Late Antique (Barruol 1969, 329; CAG 05.056).
