Commentary on the Toponym:	Kommentar (Talbert): The vertical placement of the name and distance figure is unusual. There are no previous stretches. Miller, Itineraria, Sp. 8: [Mu]Ridumo, Muriduno (It), Moriduno (Ra), Mariduno (Be). Die erste Silbe Mu stand auf dem ersten, verloren gegangenen Segment. Der Abschreiber übersah diese Tatsache und schreibt daher Ridumo (ebenso [Novio] Madus), [Cae] Baromaci) mit großen Anfangsbuchstaben und schief; j. Honiton, nicht Dorchester. Die Strecke über Scaton oder Axmouth (= Muridunum) wäre nach Dorchester (Durnon.) zu kurz. 36 (It.)
