Commentary on the Toponym:

Kommentar (Talbert):
-> stretch to Siguese:
The beginning of the name has been moved back over the end of the previous (Sibvs) stretch. Either the chicane for the Flacciana stretch was not drawn early enough; or perhaps there is a conscious attempt to keep the name clear of the end of the parchment so that it will not run over.

Miller, Itineraria, Sp. 939:
Flacciana; j. nicht bestimmt. 14.
